Returns Procedure

Simple Hassle Free Returns

Unwanted items
In the unlikely event that you decide you no longer require the item you have ordered, our unwanted returns policy lasts 14 calendar days from date of despatch. You must notify us of your wish to return the item within this time frame, if 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please Email for a returns confirmation before shipping your item back to us.

To be eligible for an unwanted return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be complete in the original packaging. For sanitary reasons, headsets cannot be returned if they have been worn.

Exchanges for faulty items
If your item becomes faulty and is still within Warranty then we will replace your item quickly for you. Your Warranty covers technical faults that may develop with the item, general wear and tear are not covered. If you need to exchange your item, please send us an  Email

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Batteries, unless specifically ordered and dead on arrival.
Downloadable software product.
Item Purchased as a Sales item

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase such as an order number.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, your returns address will be provided dependant on the item purchased.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Headsets that have been worn and require new parts for sanitary reasons
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. If you purchased your item as part of a discounted bundle then the reduced value only will be refunded.

Bundle Items
If you decide to return part of an order which was purchased within a discounted bundle then the value of the refund will reflect the cost of the retained goods as if purchased at full price.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
