Are your products brand new?

Yes all of our products are brand new UK stock unless you have asked for a refurbished product.

Do you ship outside the UK?

No. At the moment we only ship inside the UK, which includes:
Northern Ireland
Channel Islands
Scottish Islands
Scottish Highlands
Isle of Wight
Isle of Man

How long does it take to deliver a product?

We endeavour to ship all orders placed before 2pm that day unless the item has been ordered over the weekend when it will then be dispatched on the Monday.

How can I track my order?

We email you a tracking number once we have processed your order and you can type this number in on the courier’s website to track your order.

Can I return my product if I am not happy with it?

If you have purchased a product from us and you are not happy with it you can easily return the product to us within 14 days. The item must be in exactly the same condition we supplied you with the original box.
